The QX Press is a compact continuous forms manufacturing and rotary label die cutting machine. The machine incorporates proven design features that guarantee the finest print quality at high speeds. Its rugged construction assures day-in-day-out reliability under the most demanding conditions. The QX Press is operator friendly with easy access to controls. Its height makes it very convenient to operate with all the controls within easy reach. The excellence in design ensures clear sprocket holes, accurate perforation, perfect die-cutting and sharp print quality.

CONFIGURATION OF THE MACHINES :
The machine consists of a web unwinding station. It can be configured with 1-4 printing towers. Choices of offset or letterpress processes are available, as per the customer’s needs. There is a processing unit for label die cutting with a 16" wide magnetic cylinder, waste rewinding system, sprocket hole punching, linear and cross perforations. The processed form can be in zigzag fan-fold, roll-to-roll or sheeted form. The machine is driven by a DC motor and an in-built variable speed drive control panel.

SALIENT FEATURES OF THE QOMPAC

All rollers and shafts are made of steel, which are ground, and hard-chrome plated to provide long life. The unwinding unit uses a friction brake system to maintain appropriate web tension.
Precision machined steel plate and blanket cylinders run on hardened steel bearers. High quality manufacturing standards used for all cylinders assure precise controls to obtain accurate, consistent dot transfer.
A high powered, rotary magnetic cylinder along with anvil cylinder is fixed in the processing unit for affixing the rotary die. Additional rotary die cutting stations can be added optionally.
Zigzag fan folding is designed to operate at maximum speeds. Optionally, you can also rewind the web by adding a rewinding unit, or make cut sheets by adding a form sheeter to the machine.
An infinitely variable speed control panel provides a high degree of flexibility.
