Q-TEC 2400 Series Continuous Forms Manufacturing
Machine
The
Computer Forms Manufacturing Plant has been designed to produce
continuous forms used in computers and EDP machines, such as EZR
forms, company stationery in multi color like invoices, delivery
challans, receipts, payslips, statements, bank statement, insurance/
defence/ railway forms, allotment letters, etc. |
|
The Plant incorporates proven design
features which guarantee finest print quality at high speeds. The entire
system is based on automation to achieve high productivity and low waste.
Its rugged construction assures day-in, day-out reliability under the
most demanding conditions. Its high level of automation yet easy operation
assures clear sprocket holes, accurately perforated paper, and sharp
print quality.
The Plant
has been professionally engineered and meticulously tested to ensure
minimum downtime and to meet the exacting demands of the industry.
This Plant
consists of web unwinding unit, hydro-pneumatic web aligning system,
offset printing tower, sprocket-hole punching, linear and cross perforation
unit, zig-zag fan folding system, motor and in-built control panel.

Features of the Plant :
- All the rollers and
shafts are made of steel which have been ground and hardchrome-plated
to provide long life.
- The unwinding
unit uses a friction disc brake system and a dancer roller to maintain
appropriate web tension.
- Precision machined
steel plate and blanket cylinders run on hardened steel bearers.
High quality manufacturing standards used for all cylinders assure
precise pressure control to obtain accurate, consistent dot transfer.
- High performance CNC
machined punch wheels ensure accuracy, perfectly round sprocket
holes and consistent inter-hole spacing.
- Two perforation
cylinder sets plus one station for linear perforation and micro
cutters are provided as standard fittings. This provides flexibility
of perforation spacing.
- Zig-zag spiral folder
is designed to operate at full press speed.
- All the units are controlled
by a transmission shaft driven by a DC motor. An infinitely variable
speed control provides a high degree of flexibility in handling.
