Continuous Forms Manufacturing Machine
The
Qompac is an economy size, web offset computer forms manufacturing plant,
and can have 1-4 printing towers. Qompac has been especially configured
for the demanding new entrepreneur who wishes to enter this field with
a low initial
investment. It produces continuous forms used in computers and EDP machines
such as EZR forms, stock forms, company stationery like invoices, challans,
receipts, pay slips, statements, bank statements, insurance railway
/ defense forms, allotment, letters, etc.
The
plant incorporates proven design features that guarantee finest quality.
Its rugged construction assures day-in, day-out reliability under the
most demanding conditions. The Qompac is operator friendly, with easy
access to controls and the right height for the average machine operator.
The excellence in design ensures clear sprockets holes, accurately perforated
paper and sharp print quality. It is designed for medium run jobs.
Qompac
consists of web unwinding stand, offset printing towers, sprocket-hole
punching, linear and cross perforation unit, zig-zag fan folding system,
motor and an in-built control panel.
SALIENT
FEATURES OF THE QOMPAC

All
the rollers and shafts are made of high grade steel that has been
ground and hard-chrome plated to provide long life. The unwinding
unit uses a friction brake system to maintain appropriate web tension.

Precision
machines steel plate and blanket cylinders run on hardened steel
bearers. High quality manufacturing standards used for all cylinders
assure precise control to obtain accurate, consistent dot transfer.

Zigzag
spiral folder is designed to operate at full press speed.

An
infinitely variable speed control provides a high degree of flexibility.

A
wider version of the Qompac is also available called the Qompac1200
Series. This is a high speed web offset machine, having 1-4 printing
towers capable of printing up to 20" width & 12" length.
This machine has a maximum speed of 120 meters per minute (400 forms).
Standard cutoffs possible with 12" cassette are 12", 6",
4", 3", 2", with a non-image gap of just 5 mm. Since
the machine can handle a web width of 20", two forms of 10"
width can be produced simultaneously, thus doubling your forms production
capacity to 800 forms per minute. Qompac 1200 requires just 3 HP,
220-v electric supply.
